2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 – 3 lb. nutria
2 Tbsp. Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
2 c. diced onions
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3 3/4 c. chicken broth

In heavy pot heat oil until very hot. Put seasoning on nutria and brown it for 10 minutes. Add onion, pepper and flour, stir and cook 10 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
