Chicken Cabbage Soup  




2-4 chicken breasts, diced

6 cups water

1 packet Knorr vegetable soup mix

1/2 pound smoked sausage

1 head cabbage, shredded

4 cups chicken broth

2 - 3 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Add chicken breasts, water, vegetable soup mix and Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning to large pot. Simmer on med-low for about 45 minutes. Add smoked sausage and cook for another 1/2 hour. Add chicken broth, cabbage and remove from heat. Serve warm.
