Blueberry Cobbler by David Triche

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen Blueberries or 2½ cups fresh
1¼ cups Sugar
1 cup Bisquick
1 stick Butter
1 cup Buttermilk
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
In a microwave safe dish, melt butter.
In a mixing bowl, put in sugar, bisquick, 1 cup sugar and buttermilk. Stir very well, using a whisk. Add melted butter and whisk until smooth. 
Spray a 8” X 8” square baking dish and spray with non-stick spray. Pour batter mixture into baking dish. Place blueberries on top of batter. Then sprinkle the other 1/4 cup of sugar on top. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
