1 small to medium pork loin, defrosted
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
Jazzabel Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly rub the loin down with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Place the loin in a deep baking dish (lined with aluminum foil for easy cleanup). Cover the top generously with a few heaping tablespoons of Jazzabel Sauce. More or less to your liking.

Place in oven and bake (uncovered) for approximately 45 minutes or until internal temperature reads 150 degrees with a cooking thermometer stuck in the thickest part of the pork loin.

Allow the pork loin to rest for approximately 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite side noodle dish and with a vegetable!
