Homemade Salsa by David Triche

6 large Tomatoes, fully ripened
2 large Onions, quartered
2 toes Garlic
1/2 - 3/4 bunch fresh Cilantro
1 large Jalapeno Pepper
2 Tbsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Citric Acid

Rinse vegetables well. Cut them into large chunks. Place a mixture of all vegetables into a food processor and puree until your consistency. Do this until all of your vegetables are used. Add Cajun seasoning, vinegar and citric acid and stir well. Place into a sealed container and store in refrigerator. Best if made the day before consuming. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Enjoy!
