Bacon Wrapped Grilled Corn on the Cob by Brad Boudreaux

4 ears of fresh corn
8 slices bacon
Beazell's Cajun BBQ Rub
Optional: Parmesan cheese, grated

Clean the corn: Peel back the husks, remove silk strings and rinse corn under cold running water.

Wrap two pieces of bacon around each ear of corn and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle Beaz's Cajun BBQ Rub over each ear of corn.

Place on the grill in indirect heat to prevent flame ups. Cook these about 20-25 minutes, or until the corn is cooked and bacon is crisped up.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, while still warm. Remove all of the toothpicks and serve.
