Easy Seafood Jambalaya

Easy Seafood Jambalaya  





2 pounds shrimp (peeled and deveined) and/or crawfish and/or crab meat

1 large onion, diced

4-6 cloves garlic, diced

1 stick margarine

1 lb. Andouille sausage, diced

1/2 cup green onions

2 to 3 cups cooked rice

2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning




Heat margarine in a heavy pot.  Brown the sausage.  Sauté diced onions and garlic until wilted.  Add shrimp, crab meat and/or crawfish (2 lbs. any variation you choose) and Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and cook down for approximately 7 minutes.  Add rice and green onions.
