Fried Shrimp

Fried Shrimp  




1 pound fresh shrimp, (peeled and deveined)

8 ounces whole milk

2 eggs, medium

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 Tablespoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1 cup all-purpose flour



Mix milk, eggs, baking powder and Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning in a bowl. Add shrimp, refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Add flour to a gallon Ziploc bag and sprinkle with Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning until thoroughly added.

Remove shrimp from refrigerator, place a few in the flour mixture and make sure each shrimp is well coated. Take each shrimp out individually and fry in batches in hot grease until golden brown (5 – 6 minutes). Continue this procedure until all shrimp are cooked.
