Chicken Alfredo Pizza

3 – 9 inch Pizza Crusts
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
3 baked chicken tenderloins, diced (recipe below)
1/3 cup Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
1 1/2 cups Fresh Mozzarella, shredded
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
Italian Seasoning
Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
Few pinches of parsley
 
Beaz’s Baked Chicken Tenderloins: 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
Rub the chicken tenderloins with plenty of Beazell's. Place the chicken in a casserole or roasting pan and top with a pat of butter. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before you cut into the chicken.
 
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
 
Spread 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil on each of the pizza crusts. Spread an even amount of Alfredo sauce onto each crust. Sprinkle with a little Italian seasoning and Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning. Distribute the diced chicken onto the pizza crusts. Top with Mozzarella and then Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle the top with Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning. Place on a baking pan or baking stone and place in the oven. Cook about 10 – 12 minutes or until desired crispness and top is ooey gooey! Top with parsley and allow to cool about 5 minutes before cutting! Enjoy!
