Shrimp Butter – Contributed by Lee Delaune  




8 ounces package cream cheese, room temperature

1 stick butter, softened

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 can small shrimp

4 chopped green onions

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Soften cream cheese and butter. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a mixer or in a blender. Serve cold with crackers or at room temperature with toasted bread strips.
