Boudin Stuffed Bread

1 can crescent roll dough, seamless

1 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Poke small holes in the boudin with either a skewer or knife tip to prevent it from bursting.  Brown the boudin in a skillet just to warm it through and release any excess juices.

On a parchment covered baking sheet, carefully unroll the crescent dough into one complete sheet pressing any seams together.  Carefully place the boudin on the center of the dough and remove the casing while maintaining the shape of the link.  Sprinkle Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning over the boudin and wrap the dough around the boudin, seam side down.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until browned.  Allow to cool for a few minutes and cut into sections to serve.
