Zesty Ham Glaze

Zesty Ham Glaze  




1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar

2 cups pineapple juice

1 small jar of Tabasco Red Pepper Jelly

1 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Mix all ingredients together in a small sauce pan.  Over low heat, bring the mixture to a simmer until the brown sugar and pepper jelly are fully melted allowing the glaze to reduce and thicken.

For glazing a baked ham, coat the ham with half the mixture 1 hour before the end of the baking time.  Use the remaining mixture to glaze the ham 30 minutes before the end of the baking time.
