Crawfish, Shrimp or Chicken Fettuccine by Matt Justilian

1 stick butter
1/4 cup greens onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1-1/2 lb. cooked crawfish, shrimp, or boneless chicken cut n cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cup of milk
1-1 lb. block of velvetta cheese
1 box of fettuccini noodles (1 lb.)
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste

First boil your noodles while starting the rest.

Cook first five ingredients until tender, then add next 4 ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring when it's all melted turn off fire, add the noodles and you are done. You can add any extra seasoning you like! I like red bell peppers and I use a lil more than what the recipe calls for, I use a lil more garlic and a lil more milk so it's not as thick.
