Beaz's BBQ Pork Ribs

Take your ribs and rub them down real good with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning BBQ Rub! Wrap them in Reynold's Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil and put on your charcoal pit when the temperature reaches about 300 degrees. Keep your heat around 250 - 300 degrees the whole time you're cooking.

After about an hour, take the aluminum foil off and let em cook. Size of Rib Rack will determine the cooking time. Approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours TOTAL cooking time. But, when you see the meat shrinking on the bone and more bone showing, they are getting about done. Baste them well in your favorite BBQ Sauce and cook another 15 minutes. ENJOY!!!
