1 onion chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 lb pork stew meat
1 head cabbage sliced
1 tbsp oil
Beazells seasoning
1 tbsp kitchen bouquet

In a large pot add oil and turn heat on high. Add seasoned meat and cook down until brown and bottom of the pot starts to become brown. Turn heat down to medium-high. Add onion and bell pepper and cook down until clear. Add kitchen bouquet and stir well. Add cabbage and add water (1 cup) and cover. Check every 15 minutes or so to stir and add more water if needed. Cook until cabbage is completely soft. Serve over rice!
