Seafood Bread  




1/4 pound lump crab meat

10-12 shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 stick unsalted butter

1 ounce Chardonnay wine

1/4 cup heavy cream

Garlic bread

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste

1 cup Colby jack or any type of cheese



Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and cook until pink, approximately 4 minutes. Add the lump crab meat, combine well. Add Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning to taste (2 tsp. is what we add). Add Chardonnay wine and cook about 2 minutes. Add your heavy cream and stir well and continue cooking about 2 minutes. Place to the side.

Place garlic bread on baking dish, place in the oven (425 degrees) until it’s got about 5 minutes remaining. Take it out, spoon seafood mixture on each piece of garlic bread. Cover each piece of garlic bread with cheese and put baking dish back in oven for 5 minutes to finish cooking the bread and melt the cheese.  You can use whatever kind of cheese you want.
