2 (27 oz.) cans "Blue Runner" Creole Cream Style Red Beans
1 large Onion, chopped
1 large Bell Pepper, chopped
1 lb. Smoked Sausage
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp. BeaZells Cajun Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

In a pot heat oil. Add chopped onions and bell pepper and saute until soft. Add red beans, smoked sausage, BeaZells and water. Cook on low for about 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste if necessary. Continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
