Pork loin rubbed with plenty Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, wrapped in bacon, then add a few sprinkles more to the entire outside of the wrapped loin and roast at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature measures to 160-170 degrees after a few minutes of rest. Let rest for an additional 10 minutes before carving so it will retain the juices from the pork.
