Grilled Cabbage Wedges by Kerri Buie

Grilled Cabbage Wedges - Contribute by Kerri Buie  




1 head of cabbage

4 teaspoons butter

4 slices bacon

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese , grated



Cut cabbage into four wedges. Place each wedge on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. (Use a baking pan to set your foil on if using oven method.)

Spread cut sides with butter. Sprinkle Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and then the Parmesan Cheese all over each wedge. Wrap bacon on the top of each wedge. Fold foil around cabbage, sealing each tightly.

Grill cabbage, covered, over medium heat for 40 minutes or until the cabbage is tender, turning twice.

Oven Method - Cook at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending upon your preference of crispness of the cabbage.
