Shrimp Scampi over Pasta

Shrimp Scampi over Pasta    




1 pound large gulf shrimp, (peeled and deveined, leave the tail on if you want)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

3 cloves diced garlic

1 teaspoon butter, (unsalted)

2 tablespoons olive oil

pinch or two of fresh cut, parsley

cooked, pasta



Add everything but parsley and pasta and toss well to coat. Spread on baking sheet with sides and bake for 10-12 minutes on 425 degrees. Top with pinch of parsley.

Pour over your cooked pasta and season with additional Beazell's to your taste.
