Baked Chicken Nuggets

Baked Chicken Nuggets  




1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 cups plain bread crumbs

1/4 egg white

1/4 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
Non-stick cooking spray



Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 

Defrost chicken breasts or tenderloins and cut into bite sized nuggets. Place cornstarch in a shallow bowl and egg whites in another shallow bowl. Dip each nugget into the egg whites, sprinkle with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning; then dip in the cornstarch and place on a baking pan afterward. After all nuggets are evenly coated with cornstarch, sprinkle bread crumbs all over the chicken and roll each nugget around to get the bread crumbs to stick. Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, flip each piece and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
