Ingredients

 

Chicken Wings

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Vegetable oil for frying

Wing Sauce:

1 cup Franks Hot Sauce

3/4 cup Bulls Eye Original BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup Butter

1/4 cup Honey

Cayenne Pepper to taste (for hotness)

 

Directions

Season chicken wings with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and marinate for one hour in the refrigerator. (Less if you’re in a hurry) Fry wings in oil 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees in a deep fryer until done. Drain on paper towels.

For those wanting to avoid the extra oil, bake around 400 degrees until browned and the juices run clear.

Place wings in bowl and toss with wing sauce.

For Wing Sauce:  Mix all together and use for wings.  Refrigerate any leftover sauce in a tight seal jar/container.
