Cheesy Hash browns  




2 pounds hash browns

1 can cream of chicken

1/2 cup milk

1 pint sour cream

1 small onion, diced

1 pound grated cheddar cheese and Colby jack

Dash of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Optional - diced ham



Mix. Spread in a 9×13 pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
