1 whole chicken
1 chopped onion
3 bell peppers (orange, red, & yellow) chopped
olive oil
diced potatoes
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
Fresh Rosemary

Just drizzle olive oil over chicken, peppers and potatoes, season with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning & Rosemary, place all in arranged in a baking dish. Bake covered @ 350 F until done...a couple hours at most!
