Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp  




2 pounds shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 pound bacon

Olive oil

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Optional - cherry  tomatoes (quartered), onions & bell pepper pieces



Cut bacon into 3rd's per slice, length ways. Drizzle your shrimp with a little olive oil in a bowl and a couple of sprinkles of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Toss to coat.

Wrap each shrimp with a piece of the cut bacon and place on a plate. Do this until all shrimp are wrapped.

Place shrimp that are wrapped in bacon on skewers. If you are using the cherry tomatoes, onions or bell peppers...alternately place them on the skewers with the bacon wrapped shrimp. Then sprinkle all again with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning.

Grill for 5 minutes or until they begin to turn pink. Flip and cook until cooked through, about 4 more minutes.

You have to be careful of flame-ups. A precision spray bottle will come in handy.
