Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Up

Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Up  




1 pound ground beef

4 slices bacon, chopped

1 very small onion, chopped

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 package refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz.)

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Optional – 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained

Cooking spray



Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown ground beef and bacon with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Drain, return to skillet. Add onion.  Lower heat to medium-low. Add the Velveeta, cook about 5 to 8 minutes, or until all Velveeta is melted. You want to stir this constantly.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll the pizza crust on the baking sheet. Press into a rectangle. Top with all the meat/cheese mixture. Start on a long side and roll up. Make sure the seam is side down. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Slice sections for individual servings.
