Coney Island Style Chili for Hotdogs

Coney Island Style Chili for Hotdogs  




1 pound lean ground beef

2 cups water

1 small can tomato sauce

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning , to taste

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder



Brown your ground beef in the 2 cups of water. Doing this will help to break the beef down into a very fine mixture instead of clumps. Once it is thoroughly cooked, add the remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered. It will thicken up as it cooks.
