Two pounds of stew meat
one large frozen package of stew vegetables
one large can of veg-all with the juice
one can of corn
Water (approx. 6 cups)
Added in Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Simmered for a total of 5 1/2 hours.

I stirred and added a little more Beazell's Cajun Seasoning about every hour for taste til it was just right! I only use Beazell's now, I don't add salt or pepper to anything anymore!
