Cajun Spicy Pan Fried Shrimp - Contributed by Mrs. Beaz  




1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined

1/2 stick unsalted butter

1/2 lemon, squeezed for juice

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2-1 tablespoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

3 pinches dried parsley

Couple of good shakes of your favorite hot sauce

Pinch of salt



Over medium heat, in a skillet with high sides, melt the butter. Add lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, parsley, hot sauce and a pinch of salt.

Toss in shrimp and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for about 5-6 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. During this time the liquid will reduce and you can flip shrimp a few times to get the browned bits on each side.
