Cajun Baked Salmon w/ Honey Mustard Dressing  




2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

6 tablespoons light olive oil

3 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice



Prepare marinade by mixing olive oil, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and lemon juice in a bowl. Place the fillets in a casserole dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 – 15 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.

Honey Mustard Dressing

4 Tbsp. light olive oil

3 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard

3 Tbsp. honey

1 – 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar, to taste

1 pinch Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.

If it's too thick for you, add 1 tablespoon of water until it gets to the consistency that you like.
