Bacon Wrapped Tator Tots

Bacon Wrapped Tator Tots  




1/2 bag frozen tater tots, about 40 pieces

1 pound sliced lean bacon, about 20 slices

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste

Optional:  Jalapenos



Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cut bacon strips in half. Place a tater tot on the end of the half-strip of bacon and roll it around the tot. ***We added a slice of jalapeno to some of these while wrapping the bacon. YUM!

Place bacon wrapped tot on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Bake until the bacon is crispy, about 15-20 minutes.

Alternatively, place them on skewers and grill them over indirect heat for about 10 minutes.
