Shrimp Fettuccine by Mrs. June Mire

1 lb. shrimp, crawfish, or crabmeat
1 stick of butter
1 can of rotel
1 16 oz half & half
1 8 oz. block of Velveeta cheese
2 stalks of celery
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 bag of egg noodles
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste

Sauté seasoning in butter until wilted, then add rotel & seafood. Cook for 20-30 min. Boil noodles while this is cooking. Once seafood is cooked, add cheese & half & half. Once cheese is melted add noodles. Season to taste. Bake covered for 25 minutes on 350 degrees.
