S*#t on a Shingle/SOS/Beef on Toast  




8 tablespoons butter or margarine (1 stick)

1/3 cup flour

4-6 cups milk

1 jar Hormel beef

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste



Melt butter or margarine on medium high heat in a Magnalite Cast Aluminum 11-1/4″ Fry Pan. Add flour, stirring constantly. Very slowly pour in your milk, while constantly stirring. If you don’t add your milk in very slowly to incorporate it, it will be clumpy. YOU DON’T WANT CLUMPY WHITE GRAVY! Once your milk is added, continue stirring and add in your jar of Hormel beef. Add Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning to taste. Continue stirring until it thickens up nicely. Serve over biscuits or toasted bread. Lightly sprinkle Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning to top for additional flavor.

This recipe can be changed to where you use Jimmy Dean Breakfast Premium Pork Country Sausage. You cook that separately then can add it in to your white gravy. VERY TASTY!
