Cajun Corn Salad - Contributed by David Triche  




3 (15 1/4-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained

1 large cucumber, diced

1/2 bunch green onions, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning, to taste



Mix first 4 ingredients well, adding more mayonnaise if necessary. Season with Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning. Refrigerate. Best if made at least 2 hours before serving. A day ahead is even better.
