Crawfish Pasta Salad  




1 pound pasta, boiled according to directions and drained

1 pound crawfish tails

1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced

1/2 cup celery, minced

1/4 cup green onion, minced (green part only)

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 cup Blue plate mayonnaise (or other good quality mayo)

1 tablespoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Grated parmesan cheese



Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for one hour prior to serving.
