Jalapenos Stuffed with Crabmeat  

 

Ingredients

 

8 jalapenos

6 ounces crab meat, picked clean of shells

1/2 cup blue cheese

8 ounces cream cheese, flavored or plain (your choice)

1 teaspoon Original or Lemon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

8 slices bacon

 

Directions

MAKE SURE YOU WEAR GLOVES DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS!

Make a lengthwise cut only on one side of each jalapeno.

Remove all seeds from the jalapeno.

In a bowl mix crab meat, blue cheese, cream cheese, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and shredded mozzarella.

Stuff each jalapeno with the mixture.

Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a slice of bacon and put them in a deep, oven safe dish.

Put them in the oven at low broil for about 15 - 18 minutes.

You will want to eat these while they are fresh and hot. But be careful because the outside will warm and the inside will be VERY hot still! You could end up with a BP... burnt palate!
