Corn Dogs

1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

3 eggs, medium

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon mustard

2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1 pack Ball Park wieners

Vegetable oil, for frying




Mix ingredients to a consistency that will adhere well to wiener. Heat fry grease to approximately 365 degrees. Pour batter in a tall glass. Place each wiener on a stick and dip in batter.  Deep fry until golden brown.
