Pork Marinara Pasta

Pork Marinara Pasta – Contributed by Mr. Beazell  




1 pound ground pork

1/2 cup seasoning blend (onion , bell peppers, celery)

1 1/2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 (14.5-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 pack Swanson Beef Flavor Boost

1 bag tri-color rotini pasta

Parmesan cheese for topping, shredded



Brown ground pork with seasoning blend, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and Italian seasoning. After pork is browned, add roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and Swanson Flavor Boost. Let simmer about 10 minutes. While that is simmering on low, boil pasta according to directions on the bag. Drain pasta well and add to sauce mixture. Mix well to make sure all pasta is coated. Plate and add shredded Parmesan cheese to the top.
