Crabmeat Stuffing (All-Purpose)

Crabmeat Stuffing (All Purpose Stuffing)  




1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine

1 bell peppers, chopped

2 large onions, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

3 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 cups plain bread crumbs

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 pound claw crabmeat



Melt butter or margarine. Sauté vegetables (bell peppers, onions, and celery) on medium heat until translucent – about 10 - 15 minutes. Take off heat.

In a side bowl, add your Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, bread crumbs, flour, eggs and parsley. Mix well. Pour in the veggies you just cooked. Mix well again. Gently fold in the crabmeat.

To cook this as a stuffing, heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook whatever you have stuffed this with for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.


Excellent for stuffing tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms or anything else your heart desires.
