Kerry's Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
Progresso Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 C chicken broth
1 pk Lipton onion soup mix
BeaZells Cajun Seasoning
Velveeta block cheese

Mix up meat with all ingredients and make hamburger patties about 3/4"-1" thick and then slice cheese about an 1/8" to 1/4" thick and place in between 2 patties and then seal the edges by crimping/pinching with your fingers. Season patties top & bottom with BeaZells. 
Place on grill or cook on stove top until done. Sprinkle with BeaZells while cooking. 

Also you can take a slice of uncooked bacon and wrap around the burger and secure with a toothpick.
