Fried Fish by Terry Tyson

2 – 3 lbs. catfish filets (thawed, if frozen)
5 lbs. White Lilly Cornmeal Mix
1/2 cup Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp. salt
 
Mix the above dry mixture in a zip loc bag. Shake off excess liquid from the fish and dredge through the dry mixture. Fry until fish are a deep golden brown. Drain on paper towels!
