Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts wrapped in Bacon




4 - 6 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless

1 (8 ounce) container Onion and Chive flavored cream cheese

1 pound bacon

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste



Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Sprinkle each chicken breast with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Make a pocket in each chicken breast with a knife, careful not to cut through completely. Add a couple of sprinkles of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to your cream cheese and stir. Add cream cheese to pockets within the chicken. Wrap each breast in 4 - 6 slices of bacon and place in a lightly greased casserole dish, seam side down. If you want to add toothpicks to hold the cut side closed, you can. Sprinkle again with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Place in oven and cook for 45 to 55 minutes.
