Quick Fresh Salsa




4 pounds garden fresh tomatoes, diced

10-15 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

Juice of one lemon

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste

Optional- jalapeno peppers or chili peppers for a hotter version



Chop the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and cilantro. Pulse all chopped veggies in the food processor. Place in a large bowl. Add the juice of one lemon and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste. Mix thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours prior to serving to allow the flavors to blend.
