Easy Sweet & Sour Shrimp by Martha LeBlanc

1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & de-veined
Heat oil in large non-stick skillet or wok. Add vegetables in it and ginger. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes.
Add rest except for shrimp, cook and stir for 1-2 minutes then add shrimp. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
