Cajun Scampi  




1 pound large gulf shrimp, (peeled, deveined and leave the tail on)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

3 cloves diced garlic

1 teaspoon butter, unsalted

2 tablespoons olive oil

pinch or two of fresh cut parsley



Add everything but parsley and toss well to coat. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes on 425 degrees. Top with pinch of parsley.
