20 pieces chicken wings, thawed if frozen

1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce

3 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 tablespoons crushed red pepper

1 cup buttermilk

2 cups all-purpose flour

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, for making the batter

Vegetable oil, for deep frying



Mix the Louisiana Hot Sauce, 3 tbsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and crushed red pepper in a bowl. Add chicken wings, making sure they are all coated, and soak for few hours or all day the refrigerator.

Season your buttermilk by sprinkling Beazell's Cajun Seasoning in a bowl and adding the buttermilk. Season your flour in a separate bowl using the same method. After wings have soaked, pass them in the buttermilk then through the flour. Fry the wings in deep hot oil at about 350 to 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until they turn golden brown.

The sauce I made was with mayonnaise, ketchup and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and it was so yummy, there's not one left!
