1 pack of wontons (found in the tofu section)
1-1/2 lbs ground meat
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
Onion chopped
Bell Pepper chopped
Ricotta cheese
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Brown meat and add onions and peppers. Saute until veggies are soft. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Layer the won tons then ricotta cheese then meat sauce then shredded mozzarella cheese in a oiled muffin pan. Repeat the layers. Bake in 350* oven for about 15 mins. Enjoy!
