Rotel Cups  




1 can Rotel tomatoes, partly drained

1 bag real bacon pieces

1 cup shredded cheese, your choice

1 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2-3 packages phyllo/filo dough cups, thawed



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the Rotel tomatoes, bacon pieces, cheese, mayonnaise and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning in a bowl. Place your cups on a baking sheet and spoon into each one you’re filling. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
