Fried Crawfish Balls - Contributed by Linda Gros  




1 1/2 pounds boiled crawfish, chopped

1 egg

1 1/2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

3/4 cup dry Italian bread crumb

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Vegetable oil, for frying



Mix the boiled crawfish, egg, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and Italian style bread crumbs in a bowl really well. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up. Take mixture and form into balls.

In another bowl, sprinkle Beazell's Cajun Seasoning into your flour. Dredge each ball through the flour and make sure each is well coated.

Deep fry until outside is browned.
