1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can Mexicorn (with red & green peppers)
1 can Cajun style Stewed tomatoes 
Hand full of pimento green olives no seeds
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese 
16oz broad egg noodles
Beazells Cajun Seasoning

Sauté onions till wilted, then brown ground beef, season with BeaZells, put noodles on to boil.
Drain beef, add tomatoes cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, add corn cook 10 minutes, drain noodles & add cooked noodles to mixture stir well. Add 1/2 cup cheese and stir well. Then spray casserole dish with Pam. Spread mixture into pan, top with olives and top with cheese, cover with foil and bake at 350* for 30 Minutes.

Note -- if short on time, you can omit the baking and just mix all in pot on stove top. Just cook about 10 minutes after noodles & cheese have been added.
